ESO plus not showing up now can't even get into game.. Xbox one

So I jump on ESO and realise my mats aren't going into my crafting bag, then realise it's not even showing I have ESO plus. So I go to crown store and hit buy ESO plus and it says I'm already subscribed (which I obviously am) and it renews on 22/6... So right now I'm paying for a subscription that doesn't even work, cheers zenimax!
Does anybody know how to fix this?

EDIT:
Just tried logging back out to the main screen and now I can't even get back into the game lmao.
'Login failed
An unexpected internal error has occurred. Please contact customer service'

Seems the problem isn't just me and appears to be Xbox wide, good going zenimax, you've done real well here.

    I am having the same issue. My eso plus is gone. I submitted a ticket and got no response. I can't do the trial with my guild because I can't go in the area.

    I have ALREADY restarted and reset. I want my account fixed!

    This is the second time in two days that ESO Plus will not load in-game for me. My subscription says it's active on my account but not in-game. I know there are glitches with games, especially large ones such as ESO, but the issue for me is that I am paying for a service that often doesn't work.

    If it was just the Xbox servers being down, I wouldn't even bother posting here. This is an issue with Zenimax and they, after I submitted a ticket, told me to contact Microsoft. With all of the money the community is spending in ESO Plus accounts alone, you would think that Zenimax would be able to afford someone with some programming knowledge that could avoid a simple problem as this should be.

    Valid point. At this moment I am so fed up with zenimax I may just unsub and call it a day.

    @motty2307 yeah it was just the Xbox servers being down, but at the time I didn't know. I was in game for half hour - an hour and realised my ESO plus wasn't showing, that was when I tried relogging to fix it and couldn't get back into the game. Following that dozens of posts with the same issue popped up on the ESO Xbox community Facebook page. I just happened to be one of the first unlucky ones to realise the issue and not be able to get back into the game lol.

    I did not sub at DB launch even though I planned on it. PS4 is so laggy. It's sounds better than Xbone; sorry you all are having so much trouble. But I literally left the cities and started fishing because of the performance, and yet it's still stuttering and laggy when fishing in the middle of nowhere.

    This is just a huge bummer.

    Yea I still have no response from my post or my ticket and they have no customer service phone number anymore. Zero out of ten will not recommend to friends for sure. What's funny is I got an email tonight saying my sub was renewed successfully which mean they got my cash and I GOT NOTHING.

    I'm having the same ESO Plus problem, but I can still log into the game. I submitted a ticket and got a response a few hours later telling me to do a system restart or contact Microsoft. I'd already done both of those and neither worked. Microsoft told me it looks like a Zenimax server issue. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon so I can finish the Brotherhood content.

    Microsoft will refund the money you paid if it is not working. According to the support person at Microoft I spoke with on the phone, they have had so many complaints, there will be no issue refunding your last payment for ESO+.

    You can resubscribe once they get a working game on consoles again if you should decide to.

    What he said. Its not an elder scrolls issue its microsoft. Call them and cancel and get your money refunded. Then resub. It is the only thing that worked for my wife
