No idea, but it procs from Critical Leech passive (75p in Lady constellation) - meaning whenever someone crits you it's up. Pretty broken stuff...

Also the heal from Malubeth procs it

well obviously malu will proc since its a hot but i didnt know about crit leech. Thats interesting

Y wouldn't crit surge? I know it says hot procs only, but my honor the dead procs it off I'm injured too. So does combat prayer.
