Xbox Servers Down?

I just got in.

right now I only see three other people so I am going to try and enter the Gold Coast..... wish me luck

I suspect you're confusing the admin staff who cover the forums and support staff who process tickets with the technical guys who look after the servers etc. I imagine the former are off at weekends (although Gina and others have been known to post from home when the need arises) while the latter will at the very least be on call probably with a skeleton staff at work. In short, routine stuff is unlikely to be covered at weekends while emergencies will be.

Yeah I've got the problem too, but it seems like Xbox Live Purchase and Content Usage service is really down, just checked out the website... Tried playing Rainbow6Siege and doesn't work either. Any of you guys know how long this takes usually?
