Hi, I've tried logging in for a few minutes now and get Login Failed every time. I've tried switching from EU to NA server and got the same error. Another discussion in the Xbox section has raised the topic already

ZOS your game is completely broken on xbox, stop bringing out rubbish DLC and just fix what you already have.1 -

Serenityx✭✭✭Same here.. I get as far as the "play" button where you select your server than kicked back to the start screen which says an unexpected internal error has occured. Never seen that one before

I doubt someone's looking at it. I submitted a ticket. Unfortunately for EU we have to wait until someone starts working there. Best case scenario they get right to it when their day begins at around 1pm GMT.

Spliffo✭✭✭✭From the 0 dev responses on any of the threads about it i doubt it as well. Not that i didn't seen this coming but I though ZOS might have been able to also, It happens every DLC release on Xbox

Earlier I was trying to use the wayshrine in Wayrest, and got kicked, came back at the shrine, tried again, kicked, again, kicked... Fourth try was the charm Lol... But, kicked to Xbox dash 3x in a row? Geez, come on!0 -

ZOS, this is clearly your end. Just say "It's our issue but we are working on it guys. We'll get you online as soon as possible". Saying it's an xbox problem is what's frustrating.
Servers go down, they have issues, that's fine. At least tell us what's actually happening though. Communicate with us. Don't pass it off as an xbox problem while you try to fix it.Edited by Brrrofski on June 18, 2016 9:59AM1 -

widowmakerx✭✭I find it dishonest to say it's an Xbox problem, as all my others games work online just fine. Imo it's more of a pass the buck, don't take responsibility for mistakes or errors, instead make it way worse by being shady, and trying to silence anyone who points out the glaringly obvious...... zos just come clean admit where thing went wrong, apolagize, fix the problems, you may lose a few but your loyal base of actual Hardcore day after day players will forgive you and be satisfyed once your game is fixed, Inoted of all the lies,and Marxist tactics... try something new HONESTY it works ; )1
