Added Camera options

Although this may be strange to some I'm so glad they added the extra camera options, Being able to change the horizontal position/offset is a great addition regardless on the impact it has on the game. Thank you ZOS.

✭✭✭✭✭I think we should have FULL control over the camera. We should even be able to lock the camera to the compass and to a position. Couple that with code that "de-renders" the world between the player and the camera.
Think... ESO with Diablo controls.What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.

I think it depends on what settings you had previously, I always play close up (like in the picture shown above) but before the cursor always swayed to the right of the character. Being able to center position it is so much better in that aspect.0
