NPC's not loading and lag

Getting lag and NPC's aren't loading on the EU server. Also getting more and more loading screens, more than I was used to

Its not just NPCs that aren't loading... trying going into PVP... enemy players aren't loading either. And you get jumped by invisible forces with no chance to respond!! AWFUL!!
