Best Nightblade build?

So I've been gone for about a year and am returning into pure confusion, haha. Last I was active, I had the woodelf vampire build, now I don't know if I should place my stats back into that old build or need to start/do something else.

What's currently the best setup? Any guides out there I can look at? Trying to get back into this and stay active with all these cool dlcs

I see only solely pv e builds, I lean more towards pvp with some pve

2 piece Willpower
Or -1 Vicious Death for 3 piece Willpower

Flex spot...I use volcanic rune for IC pvp now

Mass hysteria

Champion points
Max magicka recovery in green tree with some reduced dodge and break free
Max elemental expert in blue tree with some added spell pen and elfborn
Mix of hardy, elemental defender, bastion, and resistant for red tree

Crit chance ends up around 52-60%
Spell power is about 1900 unbuffed but gets to over 3000 with structured entropy and weapon glyph

Standard NB build atm- 5hundings 3agility. Choice between marksman set [increased bow damage on players and Stam recov] Lekiss for a bit of weapon damage and/or monster set can't go wrong. Stam NBA really good right now. Most of your abilities you used are probably still viable along with a few buffs on NBC moves. Changed skills you may want to check out,killers blade, incapable strike, dawnbreaker
