Any player expecting to take any substantial damage to their health pool and then heal back up will wear a lot of impen, if not all impen. That is simply how the game works since damage is so high. If you don't wear impen, you get one shot. No serious player, aside from gankers and sorcs and a few max stamina Redguard builds, will risk running without it. Group players certainly won't run without it.0 -

Monster helms/shoulders purchased with AP are available in impen. Those purchased with gold are infused or divines.
