Hi. I’ve been playing ESO since Beta as a solo player. I have around 315 CP (got to VR14 before DB) with both a NB and Templar.

I’ve participated in very active end-game raiding guilds in WoW but became disillusioned for various reasons. I’ve also played FFXIV at the highest level and SWTOR to a degree.

Anyhoo, I’ve never experienced ESO group content (other than public dungeons or Orsinium dailies.) My favorite part of MMOs is the camaraderie that can evolve getting to know a group of folks by playing through group (dungeons, trials, raids, etc.) content; not the speed runs for rep or daily quota of pixy dust, but working together to figure out fight mechanics and how to beat difficult bosses. I rarely PUG in any MMO as I’ve had some bad experiences with the elitism, intolerance and disrespect that seems to flourish amongst that crowd. I have never attempted to PUG any content in ESO.

I’m searching for a guild with the following qualities (not in any particular order):

• Maturity (I’m a father of 4)
• Drama-free zone
• Not elitists
• Has members who like to run group content
• Does not look down on non-PvPers
• Do not expect members to have BiS gear
• Respect when people want to play solo
• Understands that ESO is a game, not a job
• Does not have expectations regarding number of hours played each week
• Is tolerant of people who don’t know boss fight mechanics or every little detail of the game
• Is open-minded to trying new/different strategies
• Provides opportunities to help others
