Major mending doesn't increase your heals by 130%. Just watch his heal numbers when Malubeth is and isn't procced.
We tested Malubeth today. On EU server set is working properly. It gives a 30% increase healing. In pvp this set steal in 2 times less hp, than in pve. Where is bug here?
left - heal from vigor without malubeth's proc (crit and not crit). Right - with proc.
People were reporting that when malubeth procs it removes battle spirit. In your original video I notice vigor heals going from around 1.2k to over 3k. On mobile now so I can't find the exact instance at this moment. Maybe it's something else then although I know for certain you didn't use rally or dark deal at that exact moment.
I think it's around 1:40 when you're healing up from that meteor.
Maybe it's a bug of NA server?
1:40 crit heal from vigor with malubeth 3639 and not crit 2289.
0:32 not crit heal from vigor without malubeth 1819.
So, its normal.
Eh I shouldn't even have brought it up as I haven't played since the PTS, but there's a strong contingent out there saying malubeth is out of whack somehow and the day I commented originally, yours was the third pvp video posted using malubeth.
