Kicked to the main menu!!!!!!!!

Every time I log on my alt in Mournhold and move or access my inventory I get booted to main menu. I even wait and let everything load. I've been kicked out 6 times in the past 5 minutes.

A friend of mine had this issue with all of his characters. He couldn't get any of his characters out of an area because of the repeat crashing. He would move 3 steps and crash. Reload. Repeat x 2 hours. He submitted 3 tickets and got no response. So the next day he began spamming tickets. He kept sending a new ticket every 2 minutes, sending in a total of over a hundred tickets. This finally got the attention of the developers who responded and ported all his characters to another area where he can now retrieve them. You will literally have to spam mulitple tickets to get a response. Otherwise, you won't be able to play the game.

I finally got my last character from being stuck in Elden Root. I recommend sending in a ticket to support, I know a lot of people have issues getting things resolved, but I have been fortunate to always work with good support team members who help me with my issues.
