After DB installed.. inventory issues!!

Anyone else have this issue with missing inventory items? After many hours of waiting for maintenance, downloading and installing of DB to complete, then logged online and checked my inventory and in the bank. All my materials and supplies that include reagents, ores, ingots, silks and solvents are all gone, especially all my tampering alloys. What the heck happened?! Where did all my materials go?? Also, I can't deposit new reagents or any material supplies into my bank. Is this a bug or glitch or something new added by the latest maintenance that does not allow such depositing anymore? Don't tell me someone hacked into my bank and stole all my mats. With all these talks about cheaters/exploiters, could this be a possibility?!

Are you a subscriber? If so all your mats are going into the crafting bag. Look at the icons on top of the inventory screen.

Here's to hoping that your an ESO+ Member and the mats are snugly sitting in your Crafting Bag. :)
Wake up, we're here. Why are you shaking? Are you ok? Wake up...

Ok, I must have missed this crafting bag thing. I read through the forum on the latest patch, fixes and DB installment and didn't remember seeing a mention of this crafting bag. Hopefully you guys are right. I'll check when I get online.

I'm genuinely surprised how many players don't seem to be aware of upcoming changes in the game - this is not the first thread I have seen saying "where have all my mats gone?", and I've also seen threads from people unaware about vet level removal, (both of which have been announced ages ago and talked about daily on the forums) and even one thinking that "One Tamriel" went live with the patch this week even though it was only announced at E3 on Sunday!

If you want to keep up with what is changing/going to change in the game, I strongly suggest checking the "News" part of the main website a couple of times a month and reading recent articles. Crafting bags were first announced months ago, and there has been almost constant discussion about it on the forums ever since.

I know for PC players, it says on the launcher when there is a news article on the website which makes it fairly easy to see whether there have been any announcements/news articles posted on the main page of the website, is there no similar news alert feature on consoles?

Epona was a Romano-Celtic goddess dating back to around 1800 to 2000 years before computer games were invented.

I hear you.. but then again, with so much abundant of information from announcements, updates of fixes and patches and discussions within these forum, it's not hard to miss a few things. It's always good to be able to post something and get good feedback right here and now. There are also mounts of discussion threads, so, sometimes it can be like trying to find a needle in a haystack while looking for a discussion/thread that have been previously posted about similar concerns. That's something good for PC.. unfortunately, no such alert feature for console that I am aware off.

@GreenhaloX also to save you some confusion when you log on. Go to your inventory, and depending on your console either hit RB for Xbox or R1 for PS4, this will take you over to your crafting bag if your are an ESO + Sub. Every crafting material that enters your inventory will be placed here and can be removed whenever you want.

I get by with a little help from logic.

I don't even sub and I'm aware of the crafting bag and how it works...had to tell a friend of mine last night that his goods weren't gone and to check for the bag in his inventory. :p

ha I wasn't taking shots at you. My friend doesn't frequent the forum like I do and only skims the patch notes so there's always things that he's not aware of.
