Here's my idea for a Ultimate: 150 cost: Undaunted rank 10

Rapid Behavior: Increase your overall attack rate, including abilities by 15% for 12 seconds.

Morphs
Rapid Focus: Per each success hit has a 20% chances of immobilizing the target for 4 seconds.
While slotted, increase your max health by 5%.

Rapid Friction: If target dies from this ultimate grant Major Berserk for 5 seconds, plus restore 25% of your max health.

Here's another idea for a Ultimate: 175 Cost

Minor Reduction: Reduce the cost of all abilities by 8% for 15 seconds.

Morphs
Major Risk: Reduce the cost of all abilities by 15% for 8 seconds.

Minor Truce: Reduce the cost of all abilities 8% for 12 seconds.
While slotted, gain minor resolve and minor ward.

I was thinking perhaps for the Emperor skill line

Changed it up a bit: Ultimate: 175 Cost

Minor Reduction: Reduce the cost of all abilities by 8% for 15 seconds.
Your allies within 15m radius gain reduce cost of all abilities by 8% for 25% less
time.

Note: Minor Reduction, Major Risk or Minor Truce cannot stack, when used by
another ally.

Morphs
Major Risk: Reduce the cost of all abilities by 15% for 9 seconds.
Your allies within 15m radius gain reduce cost of all abilities by 8% for 25% less
time.

Minor Truce: Reduce the cost of all abilities 8% for 12 seconds.
While slotted, gain minor resolve and minor ward.

Your allies within 15m radius gain reduce cost of all abilities by 8% for 25% less
time.

I personally think they should add ultimates for each of the weapon skill lines. That right there would give us some more options. I'll get back if I can think of anything in specific.

Bow ult:
Taking Aim: long cast mega single target damage
Morph 1: target takes 20% more crit damage for x seconds
Morph 2: Inflicts Major Maim on target reducing targets damage by x% for x seconds

2h Ult:
Monster Smasher, huge wind up cleave aoe damage
Morph 1: shatters nearest enemys armour, reducing physical & spell tes to 0 for x seconds
Morph 2: Adds bleed

Dw ult:
Blade storm, hurl a multitude of daggers dealing high aoe dot damage
Morph 1: each hit increases damage of next
Morph 2: Allies can activate synergy to restore x% max stamina

Destro ult
Elemental Explosion, place fire/ lightning/ ice bomb on target, explodes with aoe damage and causes knock back to nearby enemies
Morph 1: elemental implosion, pulls nearby enemies into close proximity before bomb detonates
Morph 2: detonates twice?

Resto:
Grace of the Aedra, slam staff down to fully heal all allies within 8m
Morph 1: allies gain large hot for x seconds
Morph 2: allies gain aedric intellect and endurance incteasing magic and stam recovery by 50-75% for x seconds
