Question about the Dragonknight passive ability Combustion

Combustion states "Increases the damage of Burning and Poison status effects by 33%"

Does this apply to burning from a Bow with a Flame enchant and the poison from the bow ability Poison Arrow (and its morphs)?

The description does not say Dragonknight abilities only like so many other abilities do, so I thought I would ask.

Yes, but it only applies to the burning effect and the poison effect. It is most notable on the poison since poison damage scales with weapon damage/crit, and stamina and with the mighty CP. The easiest way to see its effect on poison is to use lethal arrow on a target then just watch for dot ticks without casting anything else. I am getting roughly 1k normal ticks an 1500 criticals from that passive. The burning status effect only ticks every other second or so though so it is not a significant source of dps.
