One Tamriel? Still can;t travel outside my faction areas...

So.. I am a breton.. Trying to do the Litany opf blood... Yet I can find NO WAY to get to any place other then my own faction areas....

So ZOE.. How to? You said wed be able to go anywhere any time we wanted.. Yet I find... We can't.

Solutions?

    1. One Tamriel isn't going to be here until fall.

    2. You need to be level 50 right now to access other factions' zones. Solution: Get to level 50.

    It should be noted I am doing this on a newish.. Character who has not completed the main story line. This is a test for me to see if Tamriel is actually Open like they said it would be.

    So far... It's not looking like they changed jack. All gates are locked, Can;t take a ship to anywhere but My faction areas and Gold coast (and other DLC areas), etc.

    You have to get to lvl 50 at the moment.

    One Tamriel was ANNOUNCED to be coming in the fall.

    "One Tamriel" is an announced feature, and its release date is not even given indicatively. It will take a while.

    The Cadwell lock on other faction's areas has been removed. You automatically "learn" about the starter city wayshrine for both other factions upon reaching character level 50, irrespective of main quest line progress.

    Alright Actually you can go to any of them, From hews bane just ahve to do the Thieves guild quest. and the 3 boats will take you to Wayrest, Woodhearth, or windhealm. So you can go there at any level now.

    Oh.. Maybe not.... It says wit will take you to one of the other 2, but it actually just respawns you in your main faction capital... That sucks.
