Use Steam Wallet to buy Crowns on Retail Account

As the title states, is there any way to link my Steam account with my retail ESO account so that I can use my Steam Wallet to purchase Crowns? I realize that it is not possible to activate my retail key on Steam but I do hope that there is a way to link the accounts somehow.

    As far as I know no.

    When you purchase via Steam you get and account tied to your Steam account but you can't link a retail game to your Steam account.

    That's a shame since I never use my credit card online. Oh well. Thanks for the confirmation though!
