I imagine that the problem is that, as far as I know, weather is client-side, not server-side. It might be raining for you, but not for your buddy next to you.

That's the big question? Heh. So many animation blunders when you think about it. Why does no one recognize a dead person after being murdered and they're laying in the streets? Why do dead NPCs fall flat and on air instead off the edge of something? Why doesn't the second moon cast a reflection on the water? Why are there no wind storms other than a few story events?

Ah this is true. I've stopped emoting rain related things during my rp sessions as it seems I'm the only one not experiencing a bright and sunny day. Why must you follow me around like this gray skies and sadness?
