Crap servers?

Guys today another day when i'm getting huge ping and delays its like 200-300 right now. So i'm decided to try PingPlotter soft to find out whats up with my ping. So look at the img and tell pls does it mean that my ISP looks good and all the problems starts once i'm reaching german server choosed zeni's?

That's something you need to take up with your ISP. You need to tell them the problem and ask them to arrange for the signal to be re-routed so as to avoid the offending hop. It's nothing to do with ZOS directly although if you put in a ticket/post on the technical forum for your platform they may see if they can contact the hop provider and see if it's just a temporary hitch.0
