im curious, is the leveling at wrothgar faster ( quests gives more exp, and shorter ) also is lv 15 a good level to start leveling there?

AmberLaTerra✭✭✭✭nope the exp rewards also scale to the % base on level so while a level 50 with 160 cp may get 30k xp for a quest you would get maybe 5k.
It would make you over leveled for your zones, but the xp reward scaling makes DLC content much more rewarding at level 50PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!
