Xbox One crashes as of Dark Beotherhood patch (caused Xbox one to shutdown)

I'm in the process of opening a ticket but just an FYI that this update is causing a lot of crashes to the Xbox one dashboard but this third crash locked up the console to a black screen and the console eventually shutdown.
I'd consider this a serious game crash to look into as it occurred in Grahtwood at the bank while in my inventory

I had the same problem (Xbox NA) right after it finished downloading I tried to play, as soon as I wayshrined to elden root, the game crashed. So I figured restarting the console was the best bet. I log back in and it immediately crashes. I sort of regret getting the DB premium bundle, since I can't actually play it.1 -
