Is the game running like crap for anyone else? (Xbox One)

It's so choppy, audio and gameplay. I've crashed 3 or 4 times now. Got into the gold Coast, was there for a minute...crash. load the game back up. Loads up my character, before I can even move...crash. My how fun this is. This is on Xbox one just to clarify

On Xbox One yes....I just quit and figure I'll try later tonight as the FPS are worse and not better @ZOS_JessicaFolsom as intended with the FPS fix.

Specifically this was observed on 4 different characters in DC at the docks and at the gates or paths in Daggerfall
Also In Hews Bane in all locations as well as AD in the 2nd floor by the bank in Auridon

This game has locked up my machine twice. The monitors both go out, the audio bugs to play a single tone and a power cycle is required to restore functionality to my system. Both instances happened this weekend. Smooth and regular game-play until this point.

No problems here. Have your tried powering off and back on? Perhaps everyone logging in at the same time might also be an issue. But I have none currently.

Just restarted the console as someone suggested and after the character log on screen the game crashed.

Reset the Xbox again and logged in successfully but the lag and FPS seem around 20-30 FPS at best and NPC interaction is slow which is the lag part of it.

I am on pc..... and just logged in. Lag is 999+....... and crash..... slide show stuff. I will relog and see if that helps.

Performance for me has been horrible since the DB patch, it feels like there is a nasty memory leak again.

It does everyday in Cyrodil. This update was suppose to be an PvP focused one (no new dungeons or raids) and they have let a lot of us down. Over 2+ years and this game is still as laggy as it's ever been.

if you guys have the problem with the game, the very first thing you need to do is trying to repair the game from ESO launcher, click the gear button, and click repair

then try to set ESO.exe as admin, and if you using steam, set steam run as admin as well

I'm on the EU PC Server, not on XBOX, but I have similar problems since yesterdays patch. In a 3h Imperial City Group run (on EU Haderus) I crashed 5 times. This has never happened to me before, and the crashes happened without a "warning" (like high ping or sth like that).
Later in Blackwater Blade in a small group I got my ping to >2000 ms several times, teleported all over the place and then the game crashed. Happened 3 or 4 times over a 2h period. My other group members didn't have any problems, their ping was still fine.
I repaired my client today, but didn't have much time to play after that. Will test tomorrow.
Strange thing is, I never had any problems with stuff like that before, not even with high lag, as I only play on Haderus and BWB. So that's definitely not the "normal" state of the game for me.

I played all afternoon - it was fine. Then I logged out, went and did other stuff for 2/3 hours and came back.

Now I can't log in. Error 200, or crash at char screen.

Ever since DB I've been seeing my eso.exe memory usage go through the roof & then ... crash.

Although it regularly now crashes even without any memory leak.... was always stable before the patch, now I can't get through a trial without getting to see the lovely ZoS 'We're sorry the game has crashed, please tell us what you were doing' error box at least 4 or 5 times.

Tried repairs, reinstalls... submitted a ticket a week ago and still not heard anything back.

I got to character but now she won't weapon swap, the lag is 999+ , things may or may not be dead..... and then I crash.

So what happened between 7.00pm ish....... and 9.30 to cause all this and it can't just be me.

Using google namebench always fixes my problem of being dropped, even if it tests slower!

I normally run google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for pvp

ok found the elusive repair button..... there are two gear thingys on the launcher, it was the little one that had the give-away title of 'game options' next to news. Ran repair.... and for now the game seems fixed. So..... it was me. Sorry for the fuss.
