i get to maximum 50% of 7000 main dmg (wd) > 3500 , when everything has procced, i have to proc...
and i have now Molag Kena and Leki and other nice purple gear.. and 2000 regeneration, although i heard it's not recommended in pvp...
Still, just too broken combat system...at least, if you want the game to be a fun game for people with a casual approach...0 -

On the contrary. I think with a change in some enchants and a slight increase in regen, this build would still be entirely viable in Cyrodiil at 6k weapon damage and maybe 1400 regen. I run at 1400 now so it wouldn't even be different.
I have a friend who can get 7600 with 2100 regen but 27k Max stam. His is also a functional, viable build I believe.
It totally doesn't matter since armor penetration is missing here as an important factor.

Armor pen is missing, this is true. My maelstrom weapon is defending. I run it with my normal set up and hitting hard still isn't a problem though.0 -

Ok got it working. It's self buffed with cyrodiil buffs.
