Will we ever get Veteran Level versions of gear like Fiord's Legacy?

I designed my character with speed in mind, and have found Fiord's Legacy to offer the greatest speed bonus of all armor sets in the game. Sure, there are a few other armor sets that offer speed, but nothing comes close to this set.

Will we ever see a Veteran Level (yes I know it's converted now) version of Fiord's Legacy? Does it already have a Veteran Counterpart? Could we perhaps get other speed enhancing gear at the very least?

Fiord's Legacy does not have a veteran version. I desperately wish it did, and still use it for times when speed is of the essence (as well as Ward of Cyrodiil for the 3 pieces bonus) hotswapped with the Wykkyd outfitter add-on.

Some of the other sets that offered a speed boost are now ruined as they grant Major Expedition, and thus replace a 5-piece bonus (previously 3 piece for one Set) with something that doesn't stack with the other skills you'd already have slotted anyway if you wanted to go fast (blade cloak, rapid maneuvers, etc.). An idiotic design decision.

I'm sure if they scale Fiord's they'll just mess that unique set up, too.

Nope because Veteran levels don't exist anymore.

Personally, I dont want it ever to upscaled. Look at every other upscaled good sets. All of their main bonuses have been nerfed. I would rather have a Lv 20 Fiord set than a 160 CP one with the Speed Nerfed.
