If you haven't already try submitting a support ticket via this part of the ESO site: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home
Button on the right side saying "request additional support options" this will let you submit a ticket to their customer service who might be able to help out. Otherwise hopefully someone in the community or a support staff member can help.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
