Which campaign? I have seen the rare occasional blue at Chillrend dolmens in the early EST morning hours.

I was doing Bruma quests on my vr 12 magic dk this vr 16 blue sorc came out and started attack me I killed him easily (two years plus playing). I whispered him and said why did you attack me? I said just be cool and do your quests. He never said a word but came back we did all the quests together and the dolmen several times together which was challenging but not impossible. I whispered at the end you are a perfect partner except you talk too much. He wrote back ha ha. Second I was doing all the dolmens a red vr 8 just joined and stood there I pretended he was not there and he took that for an invite we did every dolmen in cyrodil including three multiple times. I took 1200 to 6 right and he took 6 to 1200 left. When we met in the middle it was single target. I thought when we were riding together is he going to try and kill me when my health is low? He never did. One tamriel will just make that more common I like it.
