Where will I find less exploits, Cyrodiil or IC?

Hi, I'm not new to ESO, I've played in Cyrodiil at launch and recently went there a bit just to witness how a whole group was leaping to keep walls. This kills it for me, I probably wont be back there until they fix this. (Isn't this an OLD problem?? 
)
Since I actually enjoy PVP, I'd like to know if in IC I'll find less exploits like these. (Maybe it doesn't matter so much if exploiters leap to walls, objective-wise?)
Also, is IP really more friendly for small groups now or is it the same?

✭✭✭✭Well seems as if you can exploit your way into the enemy homebases in IC. Imagine being ganked while you try to bank your tel var stones
Leaping into walls has been around since ever so who cares? Never understood why some people have that much of an issue with it. Adds more fun imo.
The only new thing is that gap closers allow you to do so as well but I guess that might get fixed soonish? Maybe..?Susano'o

Thanks for the answer, yep, definitely not going to pvp in this game for the time being, rofl.Leaping into walls has been around since ever so who cares? Never understood why some people have that much of an issue with it. Adds more fun imo.
For me, the fun was attacking and defending the keeps with the intended methods. If players skip that, well... the keeps become invisible and it feels like a regular deathmatch in the middle of nowhere, there are other games for that.

Wycks✭✭✭✭Im tired of the cry babies that complain about wall leapers. Its actually a really fun mechanic. If you somehow die to a wall leaper than you must be really bad because 99% of the time a DK will leap into a whole group of players and have no support other then to fall off.
I purposely bait leapers onto the walls so I can kill them.
Also here is a tip, if you stand right on the edge of the wall the leaper will fall immediately off, it only lands when you take a step or few back from the edge.Edited by Wycks on June 13, 2016 2:48PMThe numbers thing is always going to be there, but it’s more down to player skill and there are ways through ability choice to configure a group to be stronger vs. large groups of people. - BRAIN WHEELER - 2012 - LOL0 -

Meh, no biggie guys, you can keep exploiting if that is what you enjoy, I'll play other games less broken.
I can see that this is the land of exploiters and cheaters when you come to the official forums bragging about it, then it really tells me something about how much Zenimax cares about it. What a turn off.

well, last one I got was this DC guy who I fought, he killed me and after that I was unable to shot any single light attack, because the system told me I couldn't do that while mounted.
What is amazing is the fact that I wasn't on my horse when he killed me, and I didn't call it when I went to fight him again.
