We went in today with a group of 12 people and had no specific problems until this guy. When he is at the last platform in the circle, we never managed to get him down to 15% so we always had to do the part with the middle circle.
The problem here was that everyone, especially the healers, got hit by the silencing balls immediately and it did not disappear until all the healers were dead. As far as we know, there is no way yet to remove this either.
Without healers it is just a short while before rest, with higher survivability, dies as well.
There were only two of us new to the dungeon, rest are veterans and no one have experienced this difficulty with the silencing before.
Would you please check it up? If it is as intended or something got worse.

✭✭Hm, it sounds a bit like the issue we had in the beginning before we figuered out how the mechanic works. Did you make sure that:not more than 4 people were standing on the middle platform and not more than one person on each outer platform?1 -
Amiliana✭✭✭We did it the way they had always done it before...While walking around the circle from platform to platform, only the tank actually stood ON the platform. When we had to do the part with middle platform, we were everyone on it and also tried with healers outside of it.

✭✭✭✭✭When golden, each small platform can protect exactly one player. The large platform, when golden, can protect up to four players.
During the normal part of the fight, there is only one small platform lit, and the main tank should stand on it to receive protection.
At the end of the lunar cycle, all platforms will be lit, including the large center platform. Everyone must be protected during this phase of the fight. There are 8 small platforms capable of protecting one player and one large platform capable of protecting 4, so all 12 members of your group can be protected, as long as you have them properly distributed amongst the platforms. Anyone not on a platform or who is extra on a platform will be unprotected.3 -
