My Pyromancer history and build

I started play eso, so I thought how wonderfull it would be create a pyromancer.
Then I created my dunmer DK, I've crafted my light set and put a Inferno staff. Now I reach 501 cp but Im missing a spammable ranged fire skill. I tried use heavy attack buffed by molten weapon, but cast is sooo slow however it has a good damage.

actually my build is:

first weapon - inferno Staff
fire blocade
draw essence
Fire clench
Fire ring
Inner Light
Standard of Might

Second weapon - restoration staff
Mutagen
healing springs
healing ward
cauterize
molten weapon
shooting star

Im using this build only for pve, since this is completly impraticable in pvp. do you have any sugestions for both pve and pvp?

    Why does a pyromancer have to be ranged? Most of your attacks are in melee range anyway, so I'd go with Molten Whip or Flame Leash.

    Well, there is no pure fire skill that is also ranged and spammable.

    So being ranged makes you a pyromancer but being close makes you a battlemage? Elaborate?

    But if you are after a spammable ranged fire attack the best you're going to get is crushing shock, although it's only 1/3rd fire.

    Also your logic is flawed as you're contradicting what you've just said by using close skills like:

    Fire Ring
    Draw Essence
    Elemental Blockade doesn't exactly have range
    And standard of might?

    in pvp these skills are completly useless, except if you play as tanker and go into a enemy zerg. And against single target bosses is a waste of magicka and low dps.

    Im asking for upgrades in my pyromancer build, and when I tell pyromancer I mean a fire mage, a cannon glass. I have a puzzle without a piece, my build has a lot of oae and ground attacks but is missing an focused attack, it should be molten whip or crushing shock but I don't figure a fire mage using these skills.

    I tried out the weighted trait on a fire staff and did a heavy attack dK build was getting 15-20k heavy attacks and was not taking long to get the full charge off mix this with cp and the elegance set 10% more damage and I might be able to push 30k heavy attacks on my dK in pvp

    Still need to get the set but filling my bar with buffs I think this will be very viable for pvp
