Does anyone know the answer to this - It used to be Thaumaturge, but that is now Dot's.

I was wondering as disease affect healing and occurs over time if in fact, it will still be subject to Thaumaturge.

I know befoul affects it, but I'm not sure yet if it affects time or damage until I respec.
