Hey all - I was wondering what glyphs i should put on the offhand weapon of my magblade. I hear it doesnt proc opften, so should i go resistance on offhand weapon and it will always be counted, or does the resistance glyph on the offhand weapon need to proc to get its bonus?

Crushing. It lowers the target's armor for 5 sec. That about matches how often it will proc and it makes it easier for all your other hits to get in.

The off hand only ever procs on light and heavy melee attacks. So there is a high chance your magicka user get nothing out of an enchant on your off hand weapon.

Sometimes I really feel like the popularity of animation cancelling left me as the only person in Tamriel who uses weapon attacks as my primary recovery source. If this statement is true, then I'm probably the only person getting use out of my secondary weapon glyph as well.

I have been using DW with steel tornado and hidden blade on my bar for my new NB and I run the main hand enchant out 4 times before the off hand enchant has even lost a quarter of a bar so I don't think DW procs off hand as often as you think.

My new Stamina Sorc, now level 24, is also planned as a HA&HA restore build.

So the count is three :)

"I still do not understand why I followed the advice of Captain Rana to bring the villagers of Bleakrock into safety. We should have fought for our village and not have backed down, with our tail between our legs. Now my home village is in shambles, the houses burning, the invaders feasting.I swear every day to Shor that after Molag Bal has been defeated, I will hunt down the invaders and restore peace in Bleakrock and drink my mead with my friends at the market place".PC-EU

try using twin slashes and flurry, it raises your chance to proc off hand quite well since spam hits while main hand is on cd will proc offhand chance rate.
PLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread

For my magblade, I put Crushing (Armor/Spell Pen) on my main hand sword and Decrease Health (Irresistible Damage) on my off-hand.

I'm running a heavy Penetration build. Between that and replacing Dark Cloak with Dampen Magic on my main bar, my build has gone from a poor man's ganker to a brawler that hits like a TRUCK.
