    Live chat? IF you mean voice chat then please create this option ZoS. Seriously this game would rock the other MMO's foundation if you implemented this then letting others pick a third party system. What's more is that you could contract a third party voice chat to get this going.

    One thing I envy from consoles is there ability to use voice chat to communicate no matter how intrusive it feels.

    just go to battlenet site and look

    its not voice chat

    its Live Chat with support

    You're making the assumption that everyone reading this has a Battlenet account and is familiar with navigating the website.

    Believe it or not there are people here who have not played WoW, quite a few of us actually.

    You could make a much better case for the system you want to see implemented if you explained what it is and what makes it better than the options we have currently, instead of assuming everyone else has the same past experiences you do and feels the same way about them.
