Ok guys, so whats the most damage dealing class at the moment?

    Stamina DK in PvE single target.
    Stamina Templar Sorcerer in PvE multi target.
    Stamina Nightblade in PvP small group.
    Magicka Nightblade in PvP large group.

    Edit: I forgot to consider the DB changes. Stamina Sorcerer definitely is the highest multi target damage dealer currently with the ultimate cost reduction, new passives and Hurricane. Stamina Templar comes in very close though. In fact, even Stamina Nightblade may be the best in that regard due to their very fast ultimate regen (there are stamina nightblades who can drop DBoS within in 5-6 sec intervals in huge mobs). It is a very close call in that regard.

    While I still have doubts since I haven't tried the build yet, @hedna123b14_ESO apparently has a nice Sorc build that will put it on top for AoE.

    And Stamina DKs still output the best single target DPS by quite a bit.

    Go see the 9,016,014 posts about nerfing radiant oppression and get back to me.

    In a 1 on 1 fight Templars are meh. The bigger the fight the better they are. If you want to be the last cannon standing in between 100 bodies in Cyrodill there is only one option ... Templar.

    Highest consistent DPS: Dragonknight (either one. They just drop DOTs and then use spammables, which gives massive dps)

    Highest sustain AoE damage actually is done by stamina templars. The 15% extra regen for stamina nightblades gives around 180 stamina recovery which is 90 stamina per second. The templar's 5% cost reduction on the other hand decreases stamina cost of Steel Tornado, the main AoE spammable by 168 stamina. Plus the stamina templar would be getting back stamina from repentance as well.
