It took them literally YEARS to make this ability somewhat useful. Even in TG DLC it was somewhat broken. Now they're reverted it back to being damn near completely useless again. I have no hope for cloak to ever be a useful skill. Would much rather be given a major or minor vitality skill at this point. At least that would be useful on my bar than wasting half of my Magicka on a skill that works 1% of the time.
Hey @Wrobel are you going to acknowledge this? Or shrug it off like you did for the first two years of the game? Just curious.2
