Can't open up customer service ticket!.... (log in problem fixed)!

This one is quite frustrating... the other day I accidently deleted 3 Kuta's when trying to split a few up to sell on the guild trader. I have tried multiple times to open up a ticket in game but I keep getting an error. By the way I am on XBOX One Eu and this is a major pain trying to type up a ticket with a controller (maybe add in an option to save our problem description just incase there is an error would be nice!!). I have also tried to go to the support page to open up a ticket but it won't let me login even though I can log in to post on the forums just fine.

Any and all help would be nice.

Why would you open a ticket for that? It was you who made the mistake of deleting the Kutas,not ZOS.
As to opening up the support page,didnt they send you a code when you attempted to sigh into it?
I've had a problem there as well in the past.They usually send me a code that I have to type in.Its annoying.

You can file a support ticket from your account here. Click the support tab at top of the page.

While I sincerely wish you luck getting your Kutas back, it has been my experience that CS is often unwilling to roll back such actions and give the items back. Hopefully you will get a different result.

The OP is saying that they cant seem to open the page to submit a ticket here.

Never mind.. I was able to log into the support page... uBlock was preventing me from logging in.

@Volkodav Yes it was my mistake but they are the ones that put the Split_Stack and Destroy right on top of each other with no way to lock items that you would never want to destroy.

In the end it was my mistake and I should have slowed down so if they chose not to replace them then I will just live with the loss but it never hurts to ask!!

I've never had a problem not getting help,though the support page here is sometimes bugged.lol.I have had a few times I couldnt get logged into to.They send me a code,I use it and then,no problem.I get replies all the time within a day,maybe two at the most.

Just a quick update and a huge grateful shout out to ZOS.... They restored my Kuta's!!!
