Malubeth is OP. When it procs, all your heals bypass the battle spirit healing reduction. Your vigor healed for 1k and when Malubeth proced you got 2.3k ticks.

Dont get me wrong. You had great fights. But it is not the health regen that gives the incredible survivability in this case.
