Assassin personality animation interfering with other animations.

The assassin personality animation is interfering with the call mount animation and jump animation. It seems that the dagger is still actively running in the background as you move and do other actions like call the mount, leading to a jarring mount animation that looks more like you are being catapulted away from the mount. Also, you could be running just fine and when you jump, the dagger animation initiates mid-jump.

SUGGESTION: Move the dagger "twirling" animation to the "Idle" emote, much like the "eat apple" and lean back emotes so the animation only triggers when you select Idle.

    I've noticed this as well, the funky mount animation particularly. Here's another... the 'invisible pick axe' when you are harvesting metal nodes, which only occurs with the Assassin personality active. Tried turning it off and on, when off the pick axe is always visible... when on, the axe is invisible a majority of the time when harvesting metal nodes.

    I get a nice bug with a 2h axe, where I hold it as if it's the dagger. It looks pretty cool when using dw but weird with any other weapon

    That's because the dagger thingie toggles the thing you're holding on/off, just like sometimes after you check inventory, talk to npcs or whatever, you character juggles an invisible knife.

    The personality thing IS better off with those iddle things, but yea they should be on toggle

    So in other words you're saying that ZOS has created something that they cannot even make work correctly? Clearly if you're character is in the process of doing something, eg. harvesting a node, mounting, jumping, etc... the personality shouldn't be actively trying to do something else. @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Are the devs currently working on a 'fix' to stop these personalities from performing actions while doing other actions? If ZOS is going to be adding more personalities in the future, it seems like this would be a major issue to fix.

    I think their attempt was to make the character appear to be running with their hand ready to pull the 'Blade of Woe' at any moment... but the result is that... yes... the character runs like a dork.

    I think the animation originally had the dagger in the hand at all times but it was later taken out due to clipping, which is why the character runs like he still has it in his hand. The animation just wasn't made without the dagger in mind.

    On the other hand its the only thing that makes the absurd weapon position bug go away.
    P2P offered you 'hell yeah!' moments. F2P offers you 'thank god its over' moments.
