Question about blade of woe.

I just came back, and loving the animations and blade of woe.

Why the xp penality for it? I could easily just sneak attack and kill the target with ease. (2-3 shots.) Is one shotting something with a cool animation that op when it comes to xp gains? Makes no sense to me. I do play a nightblade so my sneak attacks rock. I am just wondering why other classes can't be rewarded as well with a powerful sneak attack.

I think they did it so no one would grind Skywatch Nobles for XP. :D

Because otherwise no-one would bother with actual combat any more?

Do you understand this game? It would work on one human target that is it. Groups will still force combat and does not work on animals/monsters. Silly comment. Also, I could do the same thing. Sneak up to things and pretty much one shot stuff without the woe.

Oh my goodness, no need to be so rude.

I understand that a lot of the game is 'easy mode' already, but if full xp were given for blade of woe kills, there would be plenty of PvE situations where it could be used for 'very easy mode'.

EDIT: Also if used on things like delve bosses, it could prevent other people from getting hits on the boss - it wouldn't be a good thing in public areas, so there has to be a disincentive to using it. Especially since it is behind a paywall.
