How do I get the Kvatch Arena quest?

I had somehow got the arena master as a quest giver, and went into the arena after talking to him. I died very quickly as I was fighting alone. At that point the mobs stopped spawning. I decided to abandon the quest to reset it, thinking I could just go talk to the arena master again. Well I was wrong, he was no longer interested in giving me the quest. I don't know how he got marked as a quest giver in the first place.

I remember what happened now. I was in a dungeon farming a boss for motifs. Someone started a group, then someone started sharing quests. I must have got the original quest that way. I didn't come out of the dungeon until the next day and had forgotten about the new quest by then.

I will check the bounty board in Kvatch.

hey mate. I am afraid the quest is bugged.
He should be up the stairs on the right side, but not at the moment.

Happened to me once, abandon the quest and run back to the bounty board, out the arena and to the right I believe, I'll log in and take a screenshot of the location

Currently daily quests in cold coast are not available. I'm not sure if bugged or silently disabled.
As you get motifs and the quest can be shared those have been heavily overfarmed. Prices for
some parts already dropped to 1 k a few days after launch...
