I just noticed this well. I was doing some data collection on the skill formulas and noticed some oddities which were eventually tracked down to the Undaunted Mettle. It may just be a display issue as you get bugged stat values after you unequip everything.

The basic steps to replicate it are as follows (assumes you have at least one of the Undaunted Mettle passives purchased):

1. Get naked
2. Log out and back in
3. Record base stat value (#1)
4. Equip one armor piece with a stat enchant
5. Record stat value (#2)
6. Unequip item
7. Record stat value (#3)

So #1 and #3 should be equal but they are not. #2 is also displayed incorrectly. Note that then you log out and back in your stat values are correct until you equip/unequip something. /reloadui doesn't seem to have any effect.

It seems like the displayed stat values are working as follows:

• #1 = Normal correct value.
• #2 = Does not take into account the 2% bonus from the Undaunted Mettle passives.
• #3 = Does not reset fully. Seems to take the 2% that should have been applied for #2 and applies it here resulting in a larger than correct value.

As an example...when I equip/unequip an item with a +1041 Magicka enchantment my resulting displayed magicka is:

• #1 = 19544 displayed (should be 19544)
• #2 = 20895 displayed (should be 21275)
• #3 = 19900 displayed (should be 19544)

The strange thing is that after I do this if I equip a item without an enchantment my magicka display goes from 19900 back down to the correct value of 19544 (it goes back to the incorrect value after unequipping).
