Can we make it so that poisons only activate when attacking players while in PvP zones?

I hate those poisons with passion. I wish they procc for no reason at all and you can loose entire stack in minutes.
Nothing against you guys but imo these poisons are worst move zeni made so far.

I would prefer it if poisons were removed from PVP. The game was convoluted enough before 2.4.
