Flawless Conqueror Title Glitch?

I just completed my flawless run (finally), but the achievement is blacked out still? I didn't use the save feature and never left the arena (had a score, time, etc).
I know others have had this happen. It's unfortunate that one of the more difficult titles to get is so glitchy. I submitted a ticket so fingers crossed, but wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar issue resolved.
@ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_JessicaFolsom, any thoughts on this? Or should I just go back in and try again...?

ButtersEP✭✭✭Its been bugged, if you get disconnected at all even if the game kicks you cannot get the title. Customer service also will not give you the title they will just tell you to contact Microsoft, and guess what.... lol0 -

✭Complain to ZOS. Disconnects should not count as "deaths". I could care less if people abuse this, because they are just wasting their time. More importantly, it's just hurting players who actually complete these difficult achievements and then don't receive them.0 -

VMA has always had disconnect/lag issues. It is known.

✭as someone who desperately wants flawless but knows I'll never get it because of lag, this kind of bug being ignored hits home. You have to put up with so much bull *** just for a completed run. flawless deserves better. No eta?0 -

I sent many emails today with no response. I know that they're not known for customer support, but I've gotten responses within a day for missing weekly rewards and other things. I think they choose which tickets to respond to based on things they can address, or want to address. This clearly isn't one of them.
It's a shame because I actually enjoy VMA when I'm not stressed about deaths.

I enjoy it when its 'smooth', but with l and certain rng fights it's more hell tha its worth to me.0
