Confused by status of Undaunted Vendor in Cyrodiil after today's patch

Does anyone know what exactly this means from today's patch notes?

To make up for disappointing her customers last weekend, Abhadazi Aba-daro the Golden will increase 12AM midnight UTC on June 11th/8PM EDT on June 10th to 12PM UTC/8AM EDT on June 13th.)

she will obviously increase the how long 12am is, with what kind of magic she will use I am not sure, maybe the moon phases.

the vendor was on a long toilet expedition, today they hotfixed a glitch caused by healer ultimate and announced that the trader will be back next weekend at regulary times with new offers and the offers from last weekend .
The english hotfix announcement is atm incomplete (due to reasons ;-P) but german announcement contains full information.

To make up for disappointing her customers last weekend, Abhadazi Aba-daro the Golden will appear in her usual spot from 12AM midnight UTC on June 11th/8PM EDT on June 10th to 12PM UTC/8AM EDT on June 13th. She'll bring last week's stock in addition to some new goods.

To make up for disappointing her customers last weekend, Abhadazi Aba-daro the Golden will increase her available stock and give you the chance to buy the goods you might have missed last week. This is a one-time change that will only be in effect until the end of next weekend (12AM midnight UTC on June 11th/8PM EDT on June 10th to 12PM UTC/8AM EDT on June 13th.)
