A small plantation on (in?) Khenartis Roost or a lighthouse/windmill in northern Rivenspire. Those are my favourite locations in the game.
Oh, and one of these traditional orc houses in Betnikh. With stables for the horses. They rented my character's birthplace to complete strangers and even took away my anvil so that's the least they could do.

PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!
RP-wise my characters' family backgrounds have them from the fringes of Cyrodil, family estates and such. So I'd love to have a villa maybe in the Gold Coast or other portions of Cyrodil that would be lore-appropriate. However I've been RP-ing that as refugees from the war, my characters have set themselves up luxuriously in Hew's Bane, so that'd be a cool spot to have for available housing as well. Either way, I rather lean towards places that have less rule of law, and more organized crime elements...
As any proper Dunmer knows; the swamps of Eastern Deshaan are the most scenic, gorgeous place to build a homestead for oneself.
If I ever get to settling down, I'd love to build my property there and move my Honored Ancestors urns there so that they could rest somewhere beautiful.

Anywhere in Vvardenfell, Mournhold, Clockwork City or in a Dwemer ruin.

Restoration is a perfectly valid school of magic, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! - Spells and incantations for those with the talent to cast them!
i would be happy with a decently sized tent in a semi-desert area, somewhere, where I can enjoy the scenery. Or if that is not possible, a mansion in Abah's landing, with some nice view over the harbor - and arabian or spanish style furniture, which can actually be used. A couple of house servants, which do actual chores in the house, to make it feel alive.
