TG and DB quest zones should be solo.

Haven't seen this brought up yet, maybe it has been. I think the Thieves Guild and the Dark Brotherhood main quest "areas" should be solo zones. I don't know how many times I've been caught trying to sneak because another person attacked a guard or NPC right by me. There was a few times in the Thieve's Guild main quest where I'd walk through the door and there was someone else running towards me with a guard in tow. With the Dark Brotherhood I am seeing that guards in some areas have been murdered but their bodies already disappeared and low and behold they spawn again right in the middle of me.
Just a though. There really is now benefit to seeing other players in these instances.

    Not forced solo, but instanced to group would be good. I made the mistake of doing some of the TG quests early on and it kind of spoils the atmosphere a bit when there are 50 other people running around, it seems more like a free-for-all rather than a sneaky mission.

    BTW I am not arguing for more solo play in an MMO in general, just that the nature of the TG and DB quests do not really lend themselves to having loads of people in the quest area at the same time. Especially when FG and MG quests (factions where it would seem more natural to have allies along with you even if they aren't grouped with you) are mostly forced solo! (something I have always disagreed with in those questlines).

    Sometimes it works out for the best . I've had other players take a guard on a wild ride just in time for me to get the target alone finally . Then there are the times people are camping a spot an you really wish there was a solo instance . It's a random factor just like life with other people .

    I wanted to throw in the whole "it breaks immersion" thing but I do know this is an MMO... LOL. I think maybe they should have designed solo and then group/other player quests, where it would make sense.
    Infiltrating a castle to steal a rare item/kill a count = solo. Need to exterminate a powerful threat to the guild = grouped. Oh well. I am enjoying the content regardless but sometimes am irritated when I get caught due to other players.

    I wouldn't care if it wasn't designed around not being caught and getting bounties or killed on sight because someone else pulls everything your way.....and that's even if they are not just griefing or trolling.

    I like it how it is. It makes the kill a fun challenge when someone can throw a wrench into it. It can be annoying but fun.

    Maybe that's just me, but it gives the kill a thrill.
