Item trait changed after DB released on live.

Can someone please help me? I had an item trait change on a piece of my legendary gear after DB was released. I put in a ticket and have received no help. The last thing I was told was to let the developers know through the Forums. Incident #160602-003098.

Traits were reworked in this patch. What was it before and what is it now? Might have been an intentional change.
