    Very niche use and mostly for screenshots. Running a group of this size with emp in IC will get you nothing but PvE, a waste of emp time, and lost keeps in outdoors Cyrodiil.     Those seem very high, even for emp. Usually atleast one stat is in the 20-30k range.

    he should slot it then. the synergy is far to good. still the same thing applies: tvs set + emp is just a waste because people just go elsewhere or you would have killed them without emp and any decent pvp build.

    He has the tel var set on, I dont remember what its called but that's probably why they have 10k TV on them.
