ETA on broken movement speed, has ZOS even acknowledged it?

Maintenance for the week of April 7:

    My working theory is that they bring in interns a couple weeks before a dlc drops to fix up bugs and what not found in the dlc and whatever else they have time for. Then they let them go until the next dlc.

    So it isnt really their fault. It is just that there is no one here to do it.

    If it helps I wonder if it is tied to the rapid maneuver bug I use to try and show since its nerf.

    If you hit rapid maneuver (or what ever morph) and you immediately pick up a node (or perform a few other actions I never nailed down) you will move at the old rapid maneuver speed not the new slower speed.

    This game has been out for 2 years..... Sever issues arent THAT difficult. And in their incrementals they will even say "This isnt the silver bullet" and they give these knee jerk fixes that only make it worse (I'm looking VD and Proxy) Now this tells me that either they dont have the staffing and resources or they arent sure what they are doing. I think its a man power thing personally. They need longer PTS test phases so they can get more community feedback.

    Ya know, I love this game. But for the life of me, I can't understand how a game that had a $200 MILLION budget, doesn't have the money or wherewithal to patch these bugs after release. It just doesn't seem.....professional. It seems more like your typical cheap f2p games that are thrown out for a quick buck. They need a REAL coding team just for bugs.

    My sons and friends play League of Legends (not for me), and they put out their monthly buff/nerf list/video. Telling exactly what they did. I hear them discuss it each month, so they know what to expect. Why can't we have that here? Monthly patches and buff/nerfs done, and listed. That would go a long way around here. I actually like listening to them discuss what they need to expect as they go forward.

    Yep, we are aware and it's not intended. We're still working on a fix for it, which will likely be included in the next major update.

    Havent find it in patch notes. Did they fixed it?

    Look to the major update in 2nd Quarter 2018 for a fix on this.

    I'm still convinced they nerfed the movement speed on purpose and they are just waiting for us to get fed up and stop waiting for a fix for it.

    Regarding the issue with Molag Kena proccing, we were incorrect that this was something we couldn't reproduce (blame Monday?). This has been bugged internally, and we're working on a fix for it. Sorry for the confusion!

    This is actually a gif of tumble weed rolling past but the tumble weed got the broken movement speed and now is taking too long to get into the picture.

    On a more serious note I really wish this was fixed already. It was actually the reason I put the game down after the TG update and went and player other games for a month while I hoped for a fix.

    Not had the issue yet on my new DK character so just leveling that rather than playing my NB.

    Nothing in most recent patch notes regarding speed or Dark Stalker being broken. Is this PERHAPS why the servers are down again today??
