If i walked in today to my gym and said, guess what Customers - I am closing from 1-6pm to clean the place. What do you think the clients would say?.
What if i charged them a monthly fee for using it, but when they said, hey mate i was planning on using the gym that day - I replied back - Get a grip mate, i have to clean the place. I don't expect client to be around for long.
Fixes are good, but there is a time and place for them. Peak hour times, isnt it.
I always wonder why, in real life we don't take bad service, but when it comes to internet/games it is like, happy to get bad service - Shameful to see.

Pretty sure most normal people would just think "ah darn the gym is closed I will go back another time" and over here in the UK at least you do get charged a monthly fee to use a gym.If i walked in today to my gym and said, guess what Customers - I am closing from 1-6pm to clean the place. group finder taking a while? That's always been the case really not that important to take it down two days in a row during the day IMO
Thanks for the reply though

How does your analogy hold up if your gym is full of broken equipment and there's a sewage leak on the floor? Do you keep it open and expect them to stay in those conditions? if people complain, do you tell them that honoring business hours is more important than the quality of the business?
Or do you close it for the workers (who maybe only work business hours, like the Zeni data center and coding, and hardware support staff) to fix the broken pipes and equipment, and make it a better place for your clients? Which gives better customer service?

I disagree. This was a huge pain the last couple nights for hundreds of players. You might be surprised how many people use the group finder to run pledges.

Also what you see as bad service I see as good service. To me bad service is not patching out major issues as fast as possible and good service is getting them fixed if they can.
Is it annoying the servers are offline, sure everyone will agree with that. Is it something to cry about every single darn time it happens, no. These things happen with everything in life, it sucks but you just accept it and do what you can.

Yes please. Also refund his game and permanently ban his account
Plenty of stuff to play while waiting. Stellaris is good. The new Total War is great too. Etc etc...
Or you know...
...It's sunny. Outside. Maybe do something with that?

U mad bro?WoW did it in the past when they had problems keeping the servers up. I was just asking if they are considering doing the same, I wouldn't mind it. No need to be a *** about it
