Hey, I am ESO plus and I believe I'm not getting my monthly crowns I submitted a ticket the other day and had no response mind helping me out? @ZOS_DaryaK

Thanks for the response I looked again but I couldn't find it for some reason it says I sent two tickets if you could re-send please it will be appreciated thanks.
I no longer have access to any dlc content despite having eso plus paid all the way into August. In game support ticket process always gives an error also. Please help. Thank you.
Try resetting the XB1, you can also try to delete your local saved data .... this usually works for me when I cannot access DLC content provided with ESO+ .....
