Nerien'Eth or Valkyn Skoria?

I currently have CP160 versions of both Nerien'Eth and Valkyn Skoria sets, and I was just wondering which one the general population prefers?
I'm a magicka DK (tank) and I rely a lot on DoTs, but I'm always poking the mobs with my sword, so they both seem to proc at about the same rate.
And yes, I realize that neither of these sets are really tanking sets, but in lieu of Malubeths at a decent level, and missing part of the Engine Guardian set, they are better than nothing. And either set speeds things up a lot when questing around solo. I was just curious which is preferred, and why.

Psychotius✭✭✭Valkyn SkoriaReally, Valkyn is your better option with the DoTs. Really though, as a DK tank, what you want is Bloodspawn. Ultimate regen is key and using high cost ultimates as a DK is the best way to get resources back during long engagements.I'm not as am as you drunk I think.0

Offensive:
If using DoTs, you want Skoria. If not using any DoTs, Nerien'eth is the answer.
Defensive:
Blood Spawn, Malubeth's, and Engine Guardain are great.

I can only compare two builds I really know, mine and thelon's
Mine is almost all DoTs therefore Valkyn is what I use, his almost all single target, Nerien'eth.
